You start under fire with armor in support. Command will call close air on the northern trench; let the strike land, then push. Do not farm the first ditch. The mission wants you on the road toward the power plant with Lieutenant West’s element. When Echo platoon is pinned, that is your first “go fix it” beat — clear the BMP or technical that has them stuck, then rally.

Park is told to take the wheel in one of the mid-mission beats. Vehicle sections in this mission are short on purpose. Stay with the convoy silhouette, not a side alley. The plant skyline is the landmark: if you can see the cooling structures, you are on the correct axis of advance.

Once you are on the plant grounds, the objective flips from “take ground” to “shut it down.” Your squad is the closest unit to the control room. Fight to the interior, ignore optional side rooms unless you need plates or ammo, and enter the control space to begin the shutdown.

Reactor 2 is the first door on your right at the end of the walkway. That line is in the mission audio for a reason — players overshoot into security spawns. Open the door, drop into the reactor level, and listen for the coolant instruction. This is the same sequence shown in the IGN 17-minute capture used on the how-to page.

When the coolant tanks rupture, you cannot plug them the tidy way. You have to flood water directly into the reactor. Look for the yellow pipeline. It leads to the emergency valve. Open the valve to divert water into the core. If you are scanning grey industrial pipes, you are on the wrong color.

Stay on the valve until the objective ticks. Leaving early to gun a spawn wave is how people fail the beat.
